Obviously, having a reminder system would help. Your calendar can do this. But it can’t do many other things. So you need a place for your projects where you can keep track of your:

  • progress 
  • the consistent actions needed for success

Rewards will wire your brain for wanting more of the same which can amplify your consistency.
