Sendtask’s due date field is pretty clever. You can not only click in the calendar to select the due date for a task, you can also use natural language. For example “today”, “tomorrow”, “July 5 3pm” and also “October” are inputs that are recognized.
But some tasks don’t just have one due date – you might need to do these tasks every week, every month or in any other frequency. Sendtask also understands that. You can use many ways to define recurring tasks. These are some examples that work: “Every Monday 3 pm”, “Every two weeks”, “Every first Thursday of the month”. Even combinations like “every first and third Thursday of the month” work. You can immediately preview the next upcoming due dates for these combinations.
